The Winthrop Public Library summer programs will begin on Monday June 16, from 1-3 p.m. with a birthday party celebration and sign up for summer reading. The library is celebrating the 150th birthday of Minnesota and there will be cupcakes, balloons and party games. All events at the library are free of charge and are available to everyone.
